- Is your PC or laptop running very slowly?

- Is the CPU (processor) working overtime? Close all applications, right click on the blue task bar at the bottom of your screen, then left click on the Task Manager. Click on the Performance tab and watch the CPU Usage graph. The CPU usage should fall to less than 5%. A CPU that continues to work harder is probably doing so because of a corruption or virus.
